4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, unless stated otherwise.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product remains unopened, unused, and undamaged.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.

In the event of an approved return, the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, will be refunded.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Any disputes arising from these Terms &Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
