At VentedAir, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in accordance with the policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return, please contact us at info@ventedair.com and include your order number.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to return it.
- The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.
3. Return Costs & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, including any standard shipping costs where applicable.
- We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.
4. Return Address
The return address will be provided after you have contacted us at info@ventedair.com to request a return.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
